Cybersecurity Engineer (TS/SCI)

Join our security team maintaining DCSA top-5 rated security infrastructure across classified and unclassified environments. Ensure compliance with DoD security requirements while protecting systems processing national security and healthcare data. Work alongside 65+ cleared engineers in a security-first culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain security controls for classified systems (IL2-IL6)
  • Conduct security assessments, vulnerability scanning, and penetration testing
  • Manage security incidents and coordinate response across defense and healthcare systems
  • Support DCSA, DISA, and other government security audits and assessments
  • Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Implement continuous monitoring and SIEM solutions
  • Lead security architecture reviews for new features and systems

Required Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI clearance (CI poly eligible)
  • 5+ years of cybersecurity experience in government or defense contracting
  • Deep knowledge of NIST 800-53, RMF, DISA STIGs, and ICD-503
  • Experience with security tools (Splunk, Nessus, Burp Suite, Metasploit)
  • Understanding of secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC)
  • Professional security certifications (CISSP, CEH, GIAC, or equivalent)
  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP/SCI program security requirements
  • Knowledge of healthcare security standards (HIPAA, HITRUST)
  • Familiarity with FedRAMP, StateRAMP, and cloud security
  • Previous work with classified development environments and CI/CD security
  • Additional certifications (CISM, CISA, OSCP)
  • Experience with security automation and infrastructure-as-code security
