Senior Data Scientist

Transform cleaned and correlated data into actionable insights for defense and healthcare customers. Build analytical models and visualization dashboards that enable real-time decision-making. Work with unique datasets spanning satellite intelligence, healthcare outcomes, and cross-domain correlation that exists nowhere else.
Key Responsibilities
- •Develop analytical models and algorithms to extract insights from multi-source data
- •Build interactive dashboards and visualization tools for government and healthcare users
- •Conduct statistical analysis and predictive modeling on classified and healthcare datasets
- •Design and implement A/B tests to optimize data processing and user experiences
- •Collaborate with customers to understand analytical requirements and deliver solutions
- •Create data products that enable self-service analytics for end users
- •Document methodologies, findings, and recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences
Required Qualifications
- •5+ years of data science experience with production analytical systems
- •Strong proficiency in Python or R with data science libraries (pandas, scikit-learn, numpy)
- •Experience with SQL and working with large-scale databases
- •Expertise in statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimental design
- •Proficiency with visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar)
- •Strong communication skills with ability to explain complex analyses to diverse audiences
- •Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- •Experience with geospatial analysis and GIS tools
- •Knowledge of healthcare analytics and population health metrics
- •Familiarity with time-series analysis and forecasting
- •Understanding of network analysis and graph analytics
- •Experience working with government or healthcare data
- •Background in causal inference and econometrics
