Lead HR operations for a growing team of 65+ TS/SCI cleared personnel. Manage security clearance processes, personnel security, and compliance with DCSA requirements. Support aggressive hiring plans across both classified and unclassified roles while maintaining our top-5 DCSA audit rating.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage security clearance processing, renewals, and upgrades for cleared personnel
  • Serve as liaison with DCSA, FSOs, and government security offices
  • Oversee personnel security compliance including SF-86 management and continuous evaluation
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for cleared positions requiring TS/SCI and above
  • Develop and implement HR policies compliant with government security requirements
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding for classified and unclassified employees
  • Support employee relations, performance management, and retention initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of HR experience in cleared defense contracting environment
  • Active Secret or TS/SCI clearance required
  • Deep knowledge of DCSA requirements, NISPOM, and personnel security processes
  • Experience managing security clearance lifecycle from initiation through renewal
  • Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • PHR or SPHR certification
  • Experience supporting SAP/SCI programs
  • Facility Security Officer (FSO) certification or experience
  • Previous work at high-growth defense tech companies
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry hiring and compliance
  • Experience with HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems
