Join our AI team building proprietary machine learning models for data extraction, cleaning, and normalization. Our models are trained on 30,000+ data points across defense and healthcare domains. Focus on production ML systems that power real-time intelligence processing and healthcare data transformation, not research or frontier model development.
Key Responsibilities
- •Develop and deploy ML models for automated data extraction from legacy systems
- •Build NLP pipelines for entity recognition and relationship extraction from unstructured data
- •Create data normalization and standardization models with 80-90% accuracy targets
- •Implement real-time inference pipelines for high-throughput message processing
- •Train and fine-tune models on domain-specific healthcare and defense datasets
- •Design model monitoring and performance tracking systems
- •Collaborate with data engineers to build feature engineering pipelines
Required Qualifications
- •4+ years of ML engineering experience deploying production models
- •Strong proficiency in Python with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn)
- •Experience with NLP and information extraction from unstructured text
- •Knowledge of MLOps practices, model versioning, and deployment (MLflow, Kubeflow)
- •Understanding of feature engineering and data preprocessing at scale
- •Experience optimizing models for low-latency inference
- •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- •Experience with healthcare text processing (clinical notes, HL7 messages)
- •Knowledge of named entity recognition (NER) and relation extraction
- •Familiarity with active learning and human-in-the-loop ML systems
- •Experience with graph neural networks or knowledge graph construction
- •Previous work in high-security or regulated industries
- •Publications or contributions to ML open-source projects
