Senior Program Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end program execution from contract award through delivery and closeout
  • Manage program budgets, schedules, resources, and risk mitigation
  • Serve as primary point of contact for government customers and stakeholders
  • Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, and security personnel
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements, security protocols, and quality standards
  • Prepare and deliver program status reports, metrics, and executive briefings
  • Manage change requests, contract modifications, and customer expectations

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of program management experience with government contracts
  • PMP certification or equivalent program management credentials
  • Experience managing programs $5M+ with multiple workstreams and stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of government contracting (FAR, DFARS, contract types)
  • Proven ability to manage technical teams and complex technical deliverables
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Active security clearance (Secret or higher)
  • Experience with DoD or Intelligence Community contracts
  • Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies
  • Previous work on healthcare IT or public health programs
  • Experience with EVMS (Earned Value Management Systems)
  • Background in software development or data engineering
