Key Responsibilities
- •Oversee end-to-end program execution from contract award through delivery and closeout
- •Manage program budgets, schedules, resources, and risk mitigation
- •Serve as primary point of contact for government customers and stakeholders
- •Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, and security personnel
- •Ensure compliance with contract requirements, security protocols, and quality standards
- •Prepare and deliver program status reports, metrics, and executive briefings
- •Manage change requests, contract modifications, and customer expectations
Required Qualifications
- •7+ years of program management experience with government contracts
- •PMP certification or equivalent program management credentials
- •Experience managing programs $5M+ with multiple workstreams and stakeholders
- •Strong understanding of government contracting (FAR, DFARS, contract types)
- •Proven ability to manage technical teams and complex technical deliverables
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- •Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- •Active security clearance (Secret or higher)
- •Experience with DoD or Intelligence Community contracts
- •Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies
- •Previous work on healthcare IT or public health programs
- •Experience with EVMS (Earned Value Management Systems)
- •Background in software development or data engineering
