Enterprise Sales Executive - Healthcare

Drive new business acquisition in healthcare market targeting state health departments, Health Information Exchanges, and large health systems. Sell into the $50B Rural Health Transformation initiative and CDC Health Data Trust program. Join during explosive growth phase ($2.55M to $43.4M healthcare revenue trajectory in 2026).

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and close new business with state health departments and HIEs
  • Build C-level relationships with state CIOs, health commissioners, and CDOs
  • Navigate complex government procurement processes and RFP responses
  • Collaborate with partnership team (including EY) on large teaming opportunities
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to stakeholders
  • Develop account strategies and territory plans for assigned states/regions
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of enterprise sales experience in healthcare IT
  • Proven track record closing deals $1M-$10M+ with government or large enterprises
  • Strong existing relationships with state health departments or HIEs preferred
  • Understanding of healthcare data challenges and interoperability landscape
  • Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (6-18 months)
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's degree required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing relationships in state government health IT
  • Knowledge of Rural Health Transformation or HITECH Act programs
  • Experience selling to CDC or federal health agencies
  • Understanding of HL7, FHIR, and healthcare data standards
  • Previous work at healthcare IT vendors (Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, HIE vendors)
  • Experience with public health informatics
